Who We Are

Dignified Employment Services LLC is created and owned by Lisa and Michael Divers. Meeting as teachers in the classroom, we connected over a shared passion for helping people with disabilities to reach their potential. We have a combined 40+ years of experience teaching, mentoring, coaching and supporting people with disabilities and their families across the US in Virginia, California and Georgia. Our work has gone beyond the classroom as we continue to mentor young adults as they take the next step into the workforce and independent living.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to empower young adults with disabilities to be confident in themselves and their abilities as they look towards future employment. We achieve this by providing specially designed instruction to meet each individual's interests, strengths and needs. Our holistic approach focuses on skill development, fostering self-determination, and promoting community integration to support our participants in meeting the goals they have set for themselves.
